Welcome to Bryanna's Vegan Feast!
As a cookbook author and cooking teacher (bio), I'm privileged to embrace my vegan lifestyle on a professional basis. Unfortunately, many of my vegan friends face challenges when it comes to putting our important dietary and ethical choices into action. What most people want is access to a wide and exciting range of delicious food.

In my books this is what I provide, and I hope you will check out my vegan cookbooks (reviews here), with the option of online purchasing through amazon.com  or amazon.co.uk or amazon.ca (which handles other international orders, too).

After 20 years as a vegan, I really enjoy preparing a wide variety of tasty and interesting vegan dishes. However, this was not always the case!  Even with my professional background as a recipe developer and food writer, it took me about a year to be really comfortable with the new range of ingredients and cooking techniques that I had to learn. Now, as a vegan cookbook author, I work hard to provide people with well written, well researched, tested, and innovative recipes.

If you are a new vegan, you may find or worry that, despite your sound reasons for becoming vegan, the food you are eating is dull, and that your dedication to your lifestyle choice will fade because of it. Fortunately, there are so many wonderful vegan foods out there that a lifetime is not enough time to sample all the possible combinations!  Once you learn to change your “cooking mind set”, as I call it, and learn some exciting recipes and new techniques, you will never have to compromise taste or your beliefs again.

While it’s a lot easier to eat vegan than it was 10 years ago, many potential vegans are faced with similar problems; we all have to deal with increasing demands on our time, as well as more economic pressure. It is harder for vegans, especially new vegans, to spend a lot of time preparing this type of quality food.

“I have totally changed the way I cook now. I'm not a vegetarian, but I do want to eat healthy, so this book (20 Minutes to Dinner) really came in handy. I have tried several of the recipes already and I'm impressed as to how delicious they are. The book takes you step by step and the instruction is very easy to follow. What I like the most is that the book provides you with many recipes; the hardest part was picking which one I wanted to cook first.”
